Subscribed without my permission after having the £1 trial box. This is to inform about a debit amount of £11.78 from my bank account. This is a fraudulent act and needs to be reported as there was no permission for a direct debit.
I had never subscribed to any plan or any order commitment. I had once opted for a £1 trial pack. I believe the refund will be made at the earliest, failing to which we would need to report this to the concerned authorities.
