I completed an order from look fantastic and as a thank you got offered a “free trial box” from SimplyCook. At no point was it clear I was then signing up to a subscription. They took £11.78 out of my bank and I couldn’t see a direct debit set up on my bank or in my subscriptions, so was unable to cancel it myself.
Once I highlighted it to their customer service they let me know they have cancelled it for me and were apologetic, which was nice.
I’m sure the spices are nice. However, completely deceitful service.
