I have been trying to call since Thursday. I was told that no one else can process my refund but this one lady who refuses to call me back! Their refund policy is only 48 hours. As soon as I called back within that time frame no one will call me back any longer. They told me they were from Google they're liars this is a scam. They will tell you they're from Google they are not from Google! They will not refund your money. I've been asking for 4 days now and I've been calling for the last hour and a half! With no luck!
