“When I first started working with SLM 4 years ago, it was great. I did not really need them but it was extra insurance that my websites were on the right track. However, around 18 months ago, there was a significant drop in referrals and I struggled to get a response from them. After involving my attorney, we spoke to Josh who was helpful and explained that someone had taken control of the business profile several months earlier. They managed to regain control (but never explained how they lost control) and referrals started again. However, in May, the referrals stopped once more and neither Josh nor anyone else in the company returned our calls. The only consistent thing about this company is the monthly charge on my credit card. I will be ending that very soon. I regret getting involved with them as they brought no extra value and their repeated neglect of my accounts and non responsivenss has been detrimental to my businesses.”

“Dear Listed Marketing Management, I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the significant service disruption and lack of customer support I have experienced with your company. Prior to engaging your services, my Google Business profile was functioning effectively we were highly ranked. However, since utilizing your services, I have encountered the following issues: Complete downtime of my Google Business profile for five consecutive days No response to daily support tickets submitted over this period Inability to reach customer service representatives, with calls being disconnected after long wait times This situation has severely impacted my business operations and online presence. “Do not let this company fool you. Their sales department outright lies to small businesses owners to get them to sign up. Then they convince you to pay more money to join Birdeye to help generate reviews. They will make promises that never happen. You can make a go daddy account to do basically the same thing. Make a microsite. Do not do business with this company.”
