“When I first started working with SLM 4 years ago, it was great. I did not really need them but it was extra insurance that my websites were on the right track. However, around 18 months ago, there was a significant drop in referrals and I struggled to get a response from them. After involving my attorney, we spoke to Josh who was helpful and explained that someone had taken control of the business profile several months earlier.
