When I first started working with SLM 4 years ago, it was great. I did not really need them but it was extra insurance that my websites were on the right track. However, around 18 months ago, there was a significant drop in referrals and I struggled to get a response from them. After involving my attorney, we spoke to Josh who was helpful and explained that someone had taken control of the business profile several months earlier. They managed to regain control (but never explained how they lost control) and referrals started again. However, in May, the referrals stopped once more and neither Josh nor anyone else in the company returned our calls. The only consistent thing about this company is the monthly charge on my credit card. I will be ending that very soon. I regret getting involved with them as they brought no extra value and their repeated neglect of my accounts and non responsivenss has been detrimental to my businesses.
