I ordered an Edge Sculpture online to be delivered the day after for a gift. Unfortunately it had been sold in the store and not taken offline. Hazel rang me the day after to apologise and to say one would be delivered the week after. I needed it for the weekend so she rang and pulled some strings and got one sent out the same day and received it on the Friday, excellent customer service. Thank you.
