I was disappointed by the service i recieved when I went to Sinclair's on Saturday to collect my online purchase, I felt ignored perhaps due to the fact that I did not look too well turned out in my running kit? Plenty of staff were milling about the place but nobody was taking stock of who came in when & so who should be attended too next, there are so many counters that I was left unsure of where to go for service & eventually ended up standing in the middle of the floor to grab someone's attention & in an attempt to cover all bases. A job that should have taken 5 minutes ended up taking around 20. The point of purchasing online prior to arrival was to save time but it didn't work out that way. Could be better organised.
