I ordered a sculptured Hare on Sunday 15th March over the internet. I received an e-mail on Monday 16th telling me that -on checking the Hare prior to dispatch, it had been found to be damaged. I was offered my money back or to accept a slight delay in their getting and dispatching a new Hare. I agreed to the delay.
I received a well packed and perfect Hare on Monday the 23 March. Many thanks for keeping me informed and giving such good prompt service.
