I placed an order online for math textbooks for my son. Less than five minutes later, I found out that we had already ordered the same textbooks a few weeks ago as part of an educational kit. I immediately emailed the company to cancel my order. However, they refused, stating it is against their policy. Today is a national holiday, so nothing can be sent. Instead, I was given an excuse that they cannot do this because they ship too many items every day. I was told I can return products (who knows what happens when I return the items), however, I will have to pay return shipping. Even though they still haven't sent them to me, yet! The only reason I chose this company was because of my son's school's recommendation. I will let the school know about my experience. If I had seen the other reviews prior to ordering, I would have purchased the books from another company. I recommend you don't order anything from this company. This company has horrible customer service.
