I recently purchased one of the 3d printed tools as the metal one I have has started to tarnish, however when it arrived it was already broken not having the threaded insert (see image attached) which is kind of vital to the tool working correctly. I phoned customer services straight away spoke to a gentleman called Mike and he didn't just send me one replacement. I received 2 in the post today! Thank you ever so much for your excellent customer service Mike.
