Alright so this whole experience was a shitshow. It wasn’t anyone’s fault ultimately, the order was placed very close to X-mas, which definitely affected the shipping time. Tom gave me a refund after 20 days with no package, then I few days later the package showed up. It took 24 days or so, but I think that’s mainly just because I placed the order on the 20th of December. Regardless, I messaged Tom to repay again because I felt bad that their service came through finally. At one point I was not confident in their product, but I now understand that they take every issue they have very seriously, and they always care about their customer service. IDE definitely buy from them again.
