I had a really pleasant purchasing experience. I have not received my package yet though so I cannot say anything about the quality of the product. As if now I am happy with my experience. [EDIT] I received my package about two weeks after ordering, which is ok considering it had to travel to the US. But upon opening my package I was a little disappointed... Three of my needles are already open, it seems like the adhesive failed on the packaging. Also I only received 9 ink cups instead of 10. Somewhat small things indeed, and the quality looks pretty decent on all the items, but I would still hope for a little more care from a company that sells something to be used for tattooing.
