I want to express my desatisfuction with your service
this week I make my bag with 22 baby items if I remember correctly and all were available nothing showed to me that has a problem with availability
after paying (cot 150 euro)
the company sent me a message that the whole order can not be done due to availability
that caused me and my family a trouble because there were presents I supposed to give
please I want an explanation about all these that happent and what can you do for me
