“I ordered 2 weeks ago, but they haven't send the package yet. I'm from Serbia and the time of delivery is aprox. 8 days ( that is written in sinsay's terms and conditions). In other online shops your package is on your adress in 2 or 3 days. The price is very good, but if I have to wait on my order for one month then I'll better shop in other online shops. I 'll never order again here, this was my last time.”
“Made an online order 104503450613 on October,8th. The status of the order today on October 12th is "awaiting" , not confirmed, not ready, not shipped. Local customer service is useless - they stated the order is usually ready and shipped within 4 working days, my last email to them on the end of the 4th working day is left without answer. The money is paid in full. I requested a cancelation and refund- again no answer from local Ukrainian customer care. Never order anything online from them. Moreover - all the items I ordered online are available in local Ukrainian shops, but obviously I am supposed to wait unknown period of time for the delivery from another country. the company sent me a message that the whole order can not be done due to availability
