“Made an online order 104503450613 on October,8th. The status of the order today on October 12th is "awaiting" , not confirmed, not ready, not shipped. Local customer service is useless - they stated the order is usually ready and shipped within 4 working days, my last email to them on the end of the 4th working day is left without answer. The money is paid in full. I requested a cancelation and refund- again no answer from local Ukrainian customer care. Never order anything online from them. Moreover - all the items I ordered online are available in local Ukrainian shops, but obviously I am supposed to wait unknown period of time for the delivery from another country.
