The buying process was amazingly easy. There was a hiccup that occurred when I received the email that said the camera had shipped, yet when I put in the tracking number in, UPS/FedEx (I forget who), said they hadn’t received the package yet??? I sent an email asking about that and received a response within a few minutes, which impressed me beyond words! The camera arrived a week later!
