I had some questions and went online to your company about them. You sent me an e-mail telling me that someone from your company would be in contact with me shortly. No one ever contacted me. I went ahead and purchased one of your Pro's and am happy with the product. If your persistence with follow-up was as good as your persistence in getting a review, you would have gotten 5 stars!
