I'm so VERY glad that I've done a due diligence b4 ordering from SIP.
First of all they have NO customer email address listed on their website!
Secondly, when calling, you are basically listening forever to a recorded message that at some point switches from English into German. Twenty minutes later I simply hung up because it was crystal clear thay this company is a SCAM.
WARNING: Do NOT place any orders with them because the chances of receiving your parts are slim (at best) to none.
