“i own a scooter and have an account and ordered from S.I.P. Scootershop a few times before. Recently, after browsing their site, I selected some items to purchase, but had to do last minute research about one of them. So I left the 3 items in the shopping cart. (Unfortunately they have no wish list. I looked all over the site). The next day I log on, I see that ALL 3 items increased by a 3 or 4 dollars each! What? I emailed S.I.P. using their form on their site and never got a reply. Disappointed I immediately removed all 3 items from their cart which totaled near $750 USD, and decided to purchase from another scooter shop. Doing such price increases when somebody is close to buying is wrong. It's also unprofessional. After reading some bad reviews regarding financial transactions about them on other sites, I can see why. Turning off customers that way is not a good business practice. Steer clear of this place!”
“If you're from the UK don't use you will get charged a fortune on import taxes they said they made that clear on their order form but that's not true if it was I wouldn't have ordered from them they said its to do with Brexit I'm not ordering anything else again from them.”

“I order often but the last order was wrong and split in two parcels.
The first parcel was lost. I tried to call in french, in english, but no body answer.
By email it' was very difficult.
After several days I received a reply but not even an explanation or an apology.
I warned them about the customs fees and I end up paying 2x VAT + customs fees. 2 packages with a full invoice for the whole order each time.
Still unable to contact them.
No luck, a package with the label but empty instead of the ordered tool.
So I find myself with a late delivery and incomplete order with doubled customs fees and impossible to contact them.
In short, stop ordering, it's not really serious when there are complications.”

First of all they have NO customer email address listed on their website!
Secondly, when calling, you are basically listening forever to a recorded message that at some point switches from English into German. Twenty minutes later I simply hung up because it was crystal clear thay this company is a SCAM.
WARNING: Do NOT place any orders with them because the chances of receiving your parts are slim (at best) to none.”

First time I've used this company and will be the last time.
I need this disc so will now have to go and buy another one this time from a reliable scooter company.
