I ordered a meri meri chandelier for my friend and when it arrived the box was completely broken and looked a complete mess ! I contacted Sisi and Seb and asked for another box but was told they didn’t have any and on receipt of pictures of the damage gave me 15% back but on further inspection the chandelier had definitely been opened before and had been damaged and flattened so I could no longer use it at all . Such a shame as I have got some of there beautiful mice but will definitely not be ordering anything online again 😞😞
