I have made a few orders with sisi and seb. My first two orders were fine. In my Fourth order a peice from a toy was missing when I contacted them, they said they would refund me 10%. For a toy that does work because its missing a piece is a bit cheeky.. it would have been £1.20 off. I declined and asked about the returns policy. To which after a few emails they said don't worry and refunded me the money. My third order is still to be delivered, I ordered it over a week ago, when I enquired they told me that some of what I ordered was out of stock..did I want a refund ooorr? no apology or offer of reconciliation.
