Made an order and paid £6 for 48hr delivery. It’s now been 10 days since I made my order and every single message I’ve sent trying to chase my order or get a postage refund has been ignored despite them posting repeatedly on their Instagram story daily. Absolutely disgusted with the customer service, I completely understand having delays but refusing to talk to customers and reimburse them when the product didn’t arrive even remotely in the time frame is just shocking! I won’t be ordering from them again.
