Dishonest and anti-consumer behaviour
We damaged the car on tight Italian roads and immediately reported what we'd done.
To avoid the damage excess limit in our contract, Sixt falselsy said we'd had multiple accidents so they could bill us multiple times. They charged us more than 3,800 Euros.
Avoid them at all costs.
