Instead, I was told I had to ship the item from Sydney to Denmark—completely unexpected and unreasonable. The sizing was too big, so I followed their return instructions and paid $70 AUD out of my own pocket, trusting their promise of a refund once the return was received. Five weeks later, the package was sent back to me unopened, with a sticker clearly showing it was refused delivery by the recipient. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, costly, and frankly dishonest. I feel completely misled by the .com.au domain and the lack of transparency around international returns.
