In practice, the inner closure appears to be designed in such a way that they get caught while skating, resulting in falls. This company's response was: try to keep your legs further apart while skating! Furthermore, you are not entitled to anything because they are abroad. Not recommended. Unsafe foreign junk.”

“Purchased two skates for my Son and Daughter, uses the chart size and choose according, once arrived on time, and for Christmas. However the skates inner foot boot does not extend to fit a child's foot 13 c as it indicated within the description, the outer casing of the boot does, so there is really no point in the extension if the inner does not extend out, to post the items back is going to cost NZL$ 400+ nearly the same price as the skates them self $68 to get them sent to NZL and $400+ to send them back, the company need to have an agency for NLZ to be able to send back at the same price, all i want is a replacement to a larger size.. we have emailed several time, each time they keep asking for new photos, to which we supply, still resolution, not happy to be honest.”

Daughter wore skates for 2 weeks , wheel has worn badly already and needs replaced , sent pictures to customer service, and they are saying that's the just way they are ... “ATROCIOUS SERVICE - Item arrived faulty / damaged. Complained to company and provided and extremely clear photo of the fault. Told I’d be getting a replacement and it had been sent. Threw old skates away, only to be told they now wanted more pictures I couldn’t provide! So I have no skates, and they’ve effectively stolen my money!! AVOID THEM!!”

This is a joke. Apparently they ship from Europe. They sent a tracking number which has no update.
