I ordered the wrong size and Skates.co.uk were *unbelievably* great about it. First they suggested sending out another size in the same order, and when I said I'd see how things went, they sent out another size before they'd even received the first pair back - in fact, they arrived the next morning. This meant my two daughters got their skates at more or less exactly the same time, and you know how important this is to 6 year olds! All the way through the process, Jo at Skates was super-nice, funny and friendly. The skates are fab. Really cool. Thanks to everyone, especially Jo.
