1st scooter was not in stock or available to get any more. was given an option of sum other scooters as a gesture they cost abit more but i didnt have to pay. To see a stock b on 1 so it had bin sent bk pre built.so stayed away from them and got a brand new scooter for it to arrive with a few scratches and chips
