I would write a review but due to the inefficient delivery service you have opted to use, i.e. Hermes, I still have not received the items . These are wanted for my grandsons birthday on Monday 20th July. I work as a teacher and do not get in until around 16.30pm. the card left by Hermes does not contain any contact or phone numbers for the driver so I am unable to contact him. I have been trying to get a phone number from the web which has proved impossible. They do not leave the parcels with neighbours who would sign for this but opt to let us know that they will return it to you if we don't contact them! DER! How can we when we cannot have a number! I would suggest you send your parcels by some other method as this is very very frustrating! Sally Fraser Rating poor
