Skates arrived on a Saturday afternoon no more than 3 days after we ordered them to the delight of my 8 year old daughter. Glad for advice to buy one size up - we ordered size 5 for size 3.5 feet and they fit well. She loves them and finds them pretty comfortable. Overall excellent service.
