I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service provided by skates.co.uk. I was in a mild state of skate panic after receiving an unsuitable pair from elsewhere. Not only did this site have the elusive blue glitter size 4 Rookie Retro skates I'd been craving, they also went over and above to get them out to me. And called to reassure me too.
