I ordered my items at about 5.00pm on Friday then receive them at 2.00pm saturday The next day. at the time I could not get these wheels anywhere else in the UK. abec11 83mm £82.95 they also came with free bearings abec 9 they are selling the exact same item on Amazon without bearings at a cost of £129.90 plus delivery £9.90 which will take over 3 weeks to get here. You asked if I could give you feedback to improve the service I don't think I can help you with that one
