Great service. Jo was a pleasure to deal with. Responded to my email (and voice messages) promptly. When scooter arrived and it was faulty wasn't any problem arranging replacement and keeping within tight deadline. She also very kindly upgraded us. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend them.
