There was a mix up at the start, sending me the wrong skates but I got excellent customer service and the situation sorted out withIin 24 hours. The only negative is that the box was really bashed and ripped, these skates had to be wrapped up for my sons birthday. I know we wont keep the box but it would nice for my son to open his gift with a nice neat new box.
