I had a problem with your website when I placed my order. It was very slow (not due to my internet, other sites were loading fine) it got half way through the payment and crashed out, I had to do it all again. When my order was delivered it went to the billing address, not the delivery address. It was then delivered, without my prior agreement, to a neighbour. I am unable to retrieve it from the neighbour so it is lost. When I enquired by email to try to explain the problem, there person who replied was very curt and unhelpful. This was a birthday present that I had ordered to be delivered on my daughters birthday and we were very disappointed that it was completely lost. This has cost me £50, I am not at all happy.
