I had considerable concerns about buying Skates online, due to the nature of the fact you cannot try them on first to ensure fit, etc. But on receiving them and finding they did not fit to my satisfaction, Skates have happily taken them back in exchange for another size without hesitation or cost to myself (free return via Collect Plus).
I highly recommend using them for your future Skating needs, as I certainly will be.
