I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated especially as I am an older lady ordering scooters for my grand children. I ordered the scooters over the phone and I the help I received was brilliant. I was made to feel a valued customer and things were explained clearly which doesn't happen often. The scooters arrived the next day I can't wait to see my grandsons faces when they see them..Very satisfied.
