Having made an order which was supposed to be delivered the next day, after 5 days I emailed the sales team querying why I hadn't received my goods. I emailed again a couple of days later and again received no response. The following week I telephoned where I was informed my order had been changed to a pre order and I wouldn't receive my goods for approximately 6 weeks (way after xmas) although the customer service team would pass my query to the warehouse department and ask them to call me. Again I had no communication from them. The following week I sent an email to the sales department explaining the situation and requesting a refund. Within the hour a lovely lady replied explaining the product I ordered was out of stock and apologised, offering a free upgrade to a similar product. This item was then delivered to me the next day. Poor service to begin with, however, the quick response from 'Jo' rectifying my situation was dealt with professionally and efficiently.
