Customer service was excellent after I placed a Saturday delivery and it arrived on Monday. They refunded the delivery charge and were very quick to respond to my messages.. Daughter was made up with the skates! Wish I'd ordered the next size up like the website states as they are very stiff the Street 86. If it wasn't for the mess up with delivery.. Would've been 5*
