It's a shame that you have to give one star because they really dont deserve it. I ordered new skates for my daughter on Saturday, paid for 24 hour delivery, the still have not arrived on Wednesday, the do not reply to my emails, they do not answer the phone, shocking service, will be going into the shop tomorrow to have a conversation with them.
