i've bought a scooter for my son, was too big for him and i’ve decided to return it ( not in the same box that it was delivered,which was just a normal unbranded box). the cost was 38£,after nearly a month i’ve received a partial return of 20£ because i didn’t sent it in the same box. so they decided to charge me 18£ for the box?? this is unacceptable and unprofessional! i won’t buy from them again
