My first online order was for 6 wheels and a pack of 16 bearings. They sent 6 wheels and a pack of 8 bearings because clearly they dont check if the product codes match what was paid for. They were quick to respond to my emails and are organising to send out another pack of bearings.
Not going to applaud them for fixing a mistake they created, and my time they wasted
