It was a very bad experience buying online in this shop because I talked with someone who told me that if my rollerblades did not fit me they could give me my money back, but after I bought them, they told me it was not possible to receive the money back! So, I felt obligated to have to change it for another rollerblade. And apart from that, it takes 3 days or more for them to answer my emails. So frustrating.
