Fully back up the other negative reviews here. We booked a holiday in St. Anton and unfortunately one our party couldn't make it due to passport issues. The hotel package included a three-day ski pass which involved taking a voucher to the lift pass station and exchanging it for a pass. The lady at the station confirmed that the spare voucher would be fully refundable and we should take it back to the Sunweb rep at the hotel. We did so, but she falsely denied that the voucher was refundable despite all evidence to the contrary. £250 down the drain. Be very careful of using this company if you are forced to. They will lie, cheat and use any method to steal money from you. Best to avoid at all costs.
