I love shopping at skincity. Very easy, fast and professional. Vast number of professional brands available and packaging is always beautiful. Fast shipping which is free and samples included. Customer service is superb and can not fault. Every correspondence is from a therapist showing names and photographs so it feels personal. I have only had a problem once which was to do with my reaction to a product. Skincity were fabulous and dealt with the problem so professionally and quickly. I was given advice and looked after very well. The website is brilliant and navigating is easy. Help is at hand if needed. Tbh there are some competitors out there but I like returning to skincity due to all the above. Plus response times are quicker. The only downfall is I spend too much and the samples make me buy the full sizes.
