I have been trying to arrange a consultation re my skin with a dermatologist however with Covid in lockdown or not, it has been almost impossible. I don’t know Skincity but have been in contact with them twice now. On the first occasion to assess their services. They could not have been more helpful and afforded me a great deal of time over the telephone. My intention was at that time to book an appointment but then lockdown. Unable to find a suitable product option through the minefield of products, I telephoned Skincity again expecting them to be exhausted by me but no, again they could not be more helpful. At this point, I had paid nothing. I was not a client. They suggested a serum which, they were confident would clear my skin...and it is. They also enclosed an evening try me product which, I will try, moving forward. I’ve had acne and other skin issues my whole adult life. I’m 56. Often in pain and upset and left feeling dull and exhausted. Do I dare to think Skincity May offer me a new lease of life! Interestingly, A dermatologist recently offered me a 20 minute appointment for £250. It’s not the money. I was more concerned how they would suitable assess me in 20 minutes. Thank you Skincity.
