I was sent the wrong product.
However person on the other end of the phone was very friendly and helpful.
I won't have to pay for returns, although it is a faff to have to take them to a pick-up point.
Was given an utterly pointless free gift of a little plastic person which went straight in the bin. The neoprene bag provided is useful however.
The free samples were appreciated
