Had to leave a message as no one answered at the time I called. Got a call back in a reasonable amount of time (I wasn't in a rush to get the product). Couldn't make the discount online work which is why I called to place my order. Was informed the discount wasn't for the product I wanted but given the discount anyway which was very pleasing. Nice lady on the other end of the line. Product turned up in a timely manner and was of great quality. Would use Effortless Skin again.
