My order has not arrived and I have to wait fifteen days before the company will investigate with Royal Mail. Certainly will never buy anything else from this company.
However, after writing this I was contacted by the company, who apologised, immediately spent me the products I had ordered and were helpful. I have had the products before and they were as I expected. Will buy again.
