Core service was good, but churlish though it may sound, as someone who cares about the environment, I was dismayed by the excessive packaging, and by the unwanted and unadvertised free gifts of a bag and a doll ornament. The doll ornament is not useful, I don’t want or need it and as it is branded with Skincity I cannot even give it away as a gift. What a waste of resources. By all means include a gift of a sample of another product. That can be used and may even lead to further purchases, but the other useless and environmentally irresponsible items would put me ordering from this company again.
