Very good customer service, prompt delivery, well packaged. I would like to comment that I feel the free gifts are unnecessary. Although very nice, I would value customer service over free gifts. I would prefer to try samples. A free gift would not entice me to use one company over the other, but a competetive price free postage/ returns would for example.
